Ingredients

Sleep Patch

Magnesium Glycinate 15 mg, L-Theanine 3 mg, Apigenin 2 mg, GABA 2 mg, CoQ10 1 mg, Cosmoperine® / Black Pepper Extract 0.5 mg.

Mouth Tape

A soft, rectangular strip with rounded corners that helps keep lips gently closed to encourage nasal breathing.

Nose Strips

Flexible spring bands gently lift the sides of your nose. Drug-free, with nothing inserted into the nostrils.

How to use

Sleep Patch

Apply one patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin about 30 minutes before bed. Wear for up to 12 hours, remove, and rotate placement nightly.

Mouth Tape

Clean and dry the skin around your mouth. Gently close your lips, peel off the backing and position the tape horizontally over gently closed lips. Remove gently in the morning. Do not use if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose or after consuming alcohol or sedatives. Remove immediately if breathing feels restricted.

Nose Strips

Clean and dry your nose. Peel off the backing, center the strip across the bridge of your nose and press both ends down firmly.
