Return, Refund & Guarantee Policy
We’re confident you’ll love Pure Patch, but if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please email us at info@purepatch.com with your order number and the reason for your request. All return, refund, and guarantee requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team before any refund is issued.
Standard Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a standard return.
Standard returns are only available for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original pouch or packaging.
To be eligible for a standard return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original pouch or packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The return must be approved by our support team before being sent back
- The approved product must be shipped back to Pure Patch before a refund can be issued
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Pure Patch does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return postage for standard returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for a standard return or refund unless approved under an eligible product guarantee.
Please do not mail products back to us unless our support team specifically approves your return and provides return instructions. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
30-Night Sleep Guarantee
Pure Patch Sleep is covered by our 30-Night Sleep Guarantee for eligible first-time customers.
This guarantee is designed to give customers a fair opportunity to try Pure Patch Sleep consistently as directed.
To qualify for the 30-Night Sleep Guarantee:
- The order must be your first purchase of Pure Patch Sleep
- The product must have been purchased directly from Pure Patch
- You must use Pure Patch Sleep consistently as directed for 30 nights
- You must contact us after completing the 30-night trial, no later than 35 days from the date of delivery
- You must provide your order number and the reason for your request
- The guarantee applies only to the first qualifying order of Pure Patch Sleep
- The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewal orders, subsequent subscription orders, repeat orders, or additional orders
Refund requests made after only a few nights of use or before completing a fair 30-night trial may not qualify for the 30-Night Sleep Guarantee.
If a customer reports that Pure Patch Sleep helped or provided noticeable benefit, the order may not qualify for a refund under the guarantee.
Pure Patch reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements of the 30-Night Sleep Guarantee.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible Pure Patch products other than Pure Patch Sleep are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
This guarantee is designed to give customers a fair opportunity to try the product consistently as directed.
To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- The order must be your first purchase of the eligible Pure Patch product
- The product must have been purchased directly from Pure Patch
- You must use the product consistently as directed for 30 days
- You must contact us after completing the 30-day trial, no later than 35 days from the date of delivery
- You must provide your order number and the reason for your request
- The guarantee applies only to the first qualifying order of an eligible Pure Patch product
- The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewal orders, subsequent subscription orders, repeat orders, or additional orders
Refund requests made after only a few uses or before completing a fair 30-day trial may not qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If a customer reports that the product helped or provided noticeable benefit, the order may not qualify for a refund under the guarantee.
Pure Patch reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements of the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Guarantee Limitations
No product guarantee applies unless it is expressly listed in this policy or stated on the applicable product page.
Guarantees apply only to eligible first-time purchases made directly from Pure Patch.
Guarantees do not apply to:
- Subscription renewal orders
- Subsequent subscription orders
- Repeat orders
- Additional orders
- Orders placed through third-party marketplaces
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products not used as directed
Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for a standard return. They are only eligible for refund review if they qualify under an applicable product guarantee.
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions can be skipped, paused, canceled, or updated at any time before the next order is processed.

The 30-Night Sleep Guarantee and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee apply only to the first qualifying order of an eligible Pure Patch product.
Subscription renewal orders, subsequent subscription orders, repeat orders, and additional orders are final once processed and billed. These orders are not eligible for guarantees, returns, or refunds.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically cancel, refund, or return an order that has already been processed, billed, shipped, delivered, opened, or used.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next scheduled renewal date.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong product.
Please email info@purepatch.com with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, packing slip, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
If approved, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Orders and Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds unless otherwise approved by our support team:
- Opened, used, or partially used products, unless approved under an eligible product guarantee
- Products sent back without prior approval
- Subscription renewal orders
- Subsequent subscription orders
- Repeat orders
- Additional orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Orders placed through third-party marketplaces
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For approved standard returns, the product must be received and inspected by Pure Patch before a refund can be issued.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Policy Updates
Pure Patch reserves the right to update this Return, Refund & Guarantee Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order.
