Breathe through your nose.
Rest easy.

Pure Patch Mouth Tape is a soft, rectangular strip with rounded corners. It helps keep lips gently closed during sleep to encourage nasal breathing.

Clean and dry the skin around your mouth. Gently close your lips, peel off the backing and position the tape horizontally over gently closed lips. Remove gently in the morning.

Do not use if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose or after consuming alcohol or sedatives. Remove immediately if breathing feels restricted.
