How to Use Pure Patch Sleep Patch
Learn where to put Pure Patch Sleep Patch, when to apply it, how long to wear it, and how to remove it. Simple steps for your nighttime routine.

Apply one Pure Patch Sleep Patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin about 30 minutes before bed. Wear it for up to 12 hours, then remove it and use a different spot next time. Placement options include the inner forearm, outer arm, shoulder, leg or hip.
Peel. Place. Sleep. The routine takes one patch and leaves you with no pill to swallow, gummy to chew, or drink to prepare. Here is how to get the placement and timing right.
How to apply your Sleep Patch
- Prepare your skin. Choose a clean, dry area without hair or lotion. Avoid damaged, broken, or irritated skin.
- Peel one patch from the backing. One patch is the labeled amount per use.
- Place it on your chosen area. Apply about 30 minutes before you plan to go to bed.
- Wear, then remove. Wear for up to 12 hours. Rotate placement with each use.
Keep the pouch close to the rest of your evening essentials so the instructions and remaining patches are easy to find. Reseal it after taking out your patch.
Where should you put a sleep patch?
Choose clean, dry, hair-free skin on the inner forearm, outer arm, shoulder, leg or hip. Avoid the abdomen and inner bicep, where rubbing can interfere with the fit. Rotate placement with each use. Choose a spot you can reach comfortably and check yourself.
Move to a different spot each time. If yesterday's area feels irritated, leave it alone; do not cover it with another patch. These directions are specific to Pure Patch, so another brand's placement advice may differ.
When should you apply it?
Apply about 30 minutes before bed. If your bedtime is 10:30 p.m., make placing the patch part of your 10 p.m. routine. You can then finish the ordinary things you do before turning out the light.
The 30-minute instruction is an application time, not a promise that you will fall asleep within 30 minutes. There is no single onset time for everyone. Do not add extra patches to try to speed up a result.
How long can you wear a Sleep Patch?
The maximum labeled wear time is 12 hours. “Up to” means you can remove it earlier; you do not need to keep it on for a full 12 hours. A patch applied at 10 p.m. should be removed no later than 10 a.m.
The wear limit also does not mean you should spend 12 hours asleep. It describes how long to leave the patch on your skin.
How do you remove it?
Gently peel the patch away. If adhesive remains, wash the area with warm, soapy water. Stop use if irritation occurs, and let the area recover before considering another application elsewhere.
What if your Sleep Patch will not stick?
Start by checking the skin and the spot you chose. Moisture, lotion or friction from clothing can interfere with the adhesive making contact. The next application should begin on clean, fully dry, hair-free skin, away from a waistband, seam or area that rubs as you move.
- An edge is lifting: check whether clothing or bedding rubs that area. Choose a different recommended spot for the next application.
- You applied lotion first: prepare and dry the application area before placing your next patch.
- The skin feels irritated: remove the patch and stop use on that area.
Keep to one patch per use. If a patch comes loose or you have a question about replacing it, contact Pure Patch for product-specific instructions instead of layering patches or adding another adhesive.
How should you store your patches?
Keep the patches in their resealable pouch in a cool, dry place. Reseal after each use and keep the pouch out of children's reach.
A few common questions
Is Sleep Patch melatonin-free?
Yes. The formula contains magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, apigenin, and GABA, with CoQ10 and black pepper extract. See the complete formula and listed amounts.
Can I wear more than one?
Use one patch at a time. The ingredient amounts and directions describe that use, not a multiple-patch routine.
What should I check before starting?
Check with a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
