Pure Patch Focus Patch is a wearable formula designed around mental clarity and focused work. It combines Alpha GPC, L-tyrosine, theobromine, Lion’s Mane extract, CoQ10 and black pepper extract. Apply one patch to clean, dry skin and wear it for up to 12 hours.

We developed Pure Patch Focus Patch with pharmacists. Make the wearable step part of the time you set aside to work, study or create, with nothing to mix and no pill to swallow. Its formula is different from our Energy Patch.

What is in Pure Patch Focus Patch?

Ingredient Amount listed per patch
Alpha GPC 12 mg
L-tyrosine 5 mg
Theobromine 3 mg
Lion’s Mane extract 2 mg
CoQ10 1 mg
Black pepper extract 0.5 mg

These are the amounts listed in one patch. The complete formula makes it easy to see how Focus differs from other daytime products.

Inside the Focus formula

Alpha GPC and choline

Alpha GPC is a choline-containing compound. The body uses choline to make acetylcholine, a chemical messenger involved in memory and other nervous-system functions. This connection makes choline an important part of discussions about nutrition and cognition. NIH’s choline fact sheet.

L-tyrosine and demanding mental tasks

Tyrosine is an amino acid used to make dopamine and other chemical messengers. Researchers have studied oral tyrosine during demanding cognitive tasks. One small trial found better working-memory accuracy during multitasking, while a later trial found effects that varied with starting performance rather than a benefit across the whole group. Multitasking trial, working-memory trial.

Lion’s Mane extract

Lion’s Mane is a mushroom, also called Hericium erinaceus. Human research into cognition is developing. A small 2023 oral-supplement pilot found a benefit on one cognitive task, alongside results that showed no benefit or limited negative findings. Those mixed findings help explain both the interest in Lion’s Mane and the need for larger studies. Lion’s Mane pilot study.

Theobromine

Theobromine is a compound found in cocoa and belongs to the same chemical family as caffeine. Researchers have investigated its effects on mood and attention. In one controlled oral study, it did not consistently improve vigilance at the amounts tested. Focus lists 3 mg of theobromine per patch. Theobromine study.

CoQ10 and black pepper extract

CoQ10 and black pepper extract complete the six-ingredient formula. CoQ10 has a role in cellular energy production; Focus contains 1 mg per patch, alongside 0.5 mg of black pepper extract. CoQ10’s biological role.

What does this research mean for Focus Patch?

The studies above examine oral ingredients at different amounts and under specific conditions. They help explain the research behind the ingredient names, but do not measure the delivered dose or cognitive effects of the finished Focus Patch.

How to use Focus Patch

Peel one patch from its backing and place it on clean, dry skin. Follow the complete application and removal directions below.
  1. Start with clean, dry, hair-free skin. Placement options include the inner forearm, outer arm, shoulder, leg or hip.
  2. Peel one patch from the backing and apply it.
  3. Wear it for up to 12 hours, then remove it.
  4. Rotate placement with each use. If adhesive remains, wash the area with warm, soapy water.

Avoid the abdomen and inner bicep, where rubbing can interfere with the fit. Choose a spot away from clothing seams or other friction, and let the skin dry fully before application.

You can pair this step with an existing cue, such as clearing your desk before a work session. The patch is one part of your routine; uninterrupted work time, breaks and adequate sleep still matter. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Focus patches vs nootropic capsules and gummies

If you are comparing nonprescription focus products, start with the complete formula and the way you prefer to use it. A patch, capsule and gummy can contain different ingredients even when their packaging describes a similar purpose.

Format How it fits your routine What to compare
Pure Patch Focus Patch Apply one patch to clean, dry skin; remove after up to 12 hours The six-ingredient formula and amounts listed per patch
Nootropic capsules Swallow the serving directed on the label Ingredients and amounts per serving, including how many capsules make a serving
Nootropic gummies Chew the serving directed on the label Ingredients, serving count and any sweeteners listed

For a work or study routine with nothing to swallow, chew or mix, Pure Patch Focus Patch offers a wearable option. Its formula includes Alpha GPC, L-tyrosine, theobromine and Lion’s Mane extract, with CoQ10 and black pepper extract; the full ingredient amounts are listed above.

Should you choose Focus or Energy?

Start with what you are looking for. Focus is our formula for a focused-work routine, featuring Alpha GPC, L-tyrosine, theobromine and Lion’s Mane extract. Energy is our daytime energy formula, featuring caffeine, L-citrulline, L-leucine and electrolytes.

The two share a wearable format, CoQ10 and black pepper extract. They are not simply stronger and weaker versions of the same product. The Energy Patch vs. Focus Patch guide compares their complete formulas.
